Havia arribat el moment de posar-ho en com\u00fa. L\u2019Argentina va ser\u00a0el pa\u00eds des d\u2019on es van registrar m\u00e9s seguidors i seguidores, concretament 988, seguit d\u2019Espanya, amb\u00a0865 participants. La possibilitat de seguir el congr\u00e9s tant en directe com de manera asincr\u00f2nica, va facilitar, sens dubte, que la gent hi particip\u00e9s. L\u2019inter\u00e8s que va despertar va ser m\u00e0gic per a tot l\u2019equip. I va caldre ampliar el per\u00edode per poder seguir el congr\u00e9s amb posterioritat, ja que les persones assistents van\u00a0sol\u00b7licitar poder continuar consultant les sessions. A\u00a0m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, sense que ho sab\u00e9ssim, <b>s\u2019estava creant\u00a0la llavor de l\u2019Acad\u00e8mia Cor Lector<\/b>.<\/p><p>Al congr\u00e9s es va analitzar, es va debatre i es va posar\u00a0en valor aquest proc\u00e9s, aparentment senzill, que \u00e9s<br \/>aprendre a llegir. Els <b>continguts es van classificar\u00a0en tres grups: entrevistes a experts, v\u00eddeos testimonials i presentaci\u00f3 de solucions pedag\u00f2giques\u00a0noves<\/b>. Hi van participar <b>17 experts en neuroci\u00e8ncia i lectura<\/b>, que van parlar del cervell, del cor, de\u00a0neuroplasticitat i d\u2019aprenentatge. Professionals i\u00a0experts d\u2019Espanya, de l\u2019Argentina, de Xile, del Panam\u00e0, de Col\u00f2mbia i dels EUA van compartir els seus\u00a0coneixements a trav\u00e9s d\u2019entrevistes i debats i van\u00a0respondre dubtes dels assistents, que no van deixar\u00a0de manifestar al llarg del congr\u00e9s com n\u2019estaven, de\u00a0satisfets, del desenvolupament del congr\u00e9s i de la\u00a0qualitat del contingut i la dels ponents.<\/p><p>Es van posar damunt de la taula idees molt interessants com ara que \u201cun cervell estressat no rendeix\u00a0amb la mateixa efic\u00e0cia que un cervell tranquil\u201d\u00a0(<b>David Bueno, de la Universitat de Barcelona<\/b>).<br \/>Es va parlar de la import\u00e0ncia del diagn\u00f2stic per\u00a0atendre les possibles dificultats de l\u2019aprenentatge\u00a0(<b>Florencia Salvarezza, de l\u2019Institut de Neurologia\u00a0Cognitiva de Bu<\/b>enos Aires, INECO), com tamb\u00e9 de\u00a0la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 (<b>Anna L\u00f3pez, Hospital de Sant\u00a0Joan de D\u00e9u<\/b>) i tamb\u00e9 de com la comunitat de mestres ha fet els deures i s\u2019ha format molt els \u00faltims\u00a0anys, per la qual cosa <b>les escoles estan molt m\u00e9s\u00a0sensibilitzades per atendre l\u2019aprenentatge de la\u00a0lectura amb \u00e8xit.<br \/><\/b><br \/>Diferents escoles, gabinets professionals i fam\u00edlies\u00a0usu\u00e0ries de Glifing van expressar els seus testimonis<br \/>i van oferir una visi\u00f3 de 360\u00ba del que representen\u00a0tant la normalitat com les dificultats en l\u2019aprenentatge de la lectura i com les eines i les metodologies\u00a0noves faciliten i milloren el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge\u00a0dels infants.<\/p><p>La<b> inscripci\u00f3 al congr\u00e9s <\/b>era <b>gratu\u00efta<\/b>, per\u00f2 preveia la\u00a0possibilitat de fer un donatiu per a Avesedari. I les<br \/>persones que hi van participar van demostrar que\u00a0s\u00f3n solid\u00e0ries ja que <b>van aportar la quantitat de\u00a01.675 \u20ac<\/b>. Una clausura en qu\u00e8, tal com va passar al llarg de tot el congr\u00e9s,<b>\u00a0no van deixar d\u2019apar\u00e8ixer paraules com m\u00e0gia, enamorar-se, emocionar, motivaci\u00f3, passar-s\u2019ho b\u00e9&#8230;<\/b><br \/><br \/>Abans de comen\u00e7ar, la nostra directora, Montserrat\u00a0Garcia, va explicar que<b> Glifing es diu Cor Lector perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 ple d\u2019amors a primera vista<\/b>, tal com testimonien un rere l\u2019altre una gran part dels ponents\u00a0que van intervenir en el congr\u00e9s. \u201cAnem d\u2019un amor\u00a0a primera vista a l\u2019altre\u201d, va arribar a dir tot rient. Per\u00f2, sobretot, el que m\u2019enamora \u00e9s que es canvia l\u2019actitud envers un problema. I quan parlem de\u00a0criatures amb dificultats, l\u2019actitud sol ser el problema, molt m\u00e9s que no pas la dificultat en si. Veure el proc\u00e9s de canvi i veure el que estem aconseguint tot\u00a0jugant, em sembla meravell\u00f3<\/i>s\u201d. I va afegir: \u201c<i>Glifing\u00a0em va semblar m\u00e0gia des del principi. Per\u00a0aix\u00f2, ens va encantar escoltar com Alabart explicava que els infants tenen uns tresors molt fr\u00e0gils,\u00a0com l\u2019autoestima o l\u2019enorme curiositat per aprendre, i que quan ells i les seves fam\u00edlies arriben amb\u00a0aquests tresors esquerdats, cal saber com es poden\u00a0arreglar. \u201cPer a mi \u00e9s la feina principal, perqu\u00e8 <b>l\u2019eina\u00a0ja la tenim i ens podem dedicar a tota la resta, que\u00a0\u00e9s l\u2019acompanyament<\/b>. Tornar-los la confian\u00e7a i establir un vincle que reforci el que s\u00ed que saben fer\u201d,\u00a0va afirmar.<\/p><p><b>Dariana Gonz\u00e1lez, del gabinet Edukids, de Panam\u00e0<\/b>,\u00a0\u00e9s especialista en trastorns de l\u2019aprenentatge, amb\u00a0formaci\u00f3 a la Universitat de La Salle, on va con\u00e8ixer\u00a0Glifing. En la intervenci\u00f3, va dir que <b>quan arriba una\u00a0criatura a la consulta amb el cor lector ferit, conven\u00e7uda que no li agrada la lectura, que aix\u00f2 no fa per a ella, \u00e9s dif\u00edcil motivar-la. <\/b>Gonz\u00e1lez va manifestar que <b>\u201cnecessitem entrar-hi amb alguna cosa que\u00a0ens permeti tra\u00e7ar una ruta en qu\u00e8 l\u2019infant pugui\u00a0sentir, des del primer dia, que t\u00e9 \u00e8xit.
